Analysis on the Application Field of "Transparent Ultra-soft TPE Raw Material"

TPE ultra-soft transparent material has been widely accepted by users for its adjustable hardness and physical properties, convenient injection molding processing characteristics and excellent soft touch, making it a trend to replace traditional silica gel materials for the production of adult products.
At present, the manufacturers of adult products all require high transparency of TPE materials, and the base color of the materials should be transparent and not yellow. There are two main factors affecting the transparency of TPE raw materials. One is the selection of the origin and brand of SEBS substrate. Generally, the transparency of imported SEBS modified TPE is better than that of domestic SEBS modified TPE. Second, the injection temperature of TPE special soft materials during processing. Sometimes low injection temperature will affect the transparency of products, especially for high molecular weight SEBS modified TPE.
TPE ultra-soft transparent material has the characteristics of good tensile elongation, soft and comfortable touch feeling, can simulate the soft touch feeling of skin, has no toxicity or odor, and has no allergy or side effect on human skin. Therefore, TPE soft transparent materials are widely used in the production of adult sex toys. The TPE soft adhesive materials with different hardness characteristics and their specific applications are shared as follows:
1, TPE 0-8 degrees, generally used in the production of female vibrating rings, bows and other sex toys accessories, injection molding.
2, TPE 10~20 degrees, generally used in the production of female pseudo penis, injection molding.
3. Materials with TPE less than 0 degree (e.g. 00,000 or expressed by C, which is the hardness unit for measuring ultra-soft materials with Shore hardness less than A0 degree) can be used to produce male adult products and can be injection molded.
4. TPE is extremely soft. Such TPE materials are very soft in hardness and can be easily kneaded into various shapes by hands. They can be used to produce female artificial genitals or inflatable dolls. Generally, they are formed by melting glue, pouring or pouring. They are usually matched with the color of human skin. Plus, they have excellent soft touch, which can be close to the real person's experience.
Generally, SEBS is used as the basic material in the production of adult toys. SEBS modified TPE can achieve all kinds of required softness, while SBS modified TPE (commonly called TPR) can only achieve Shore hardness of 5 degrees, and cannot be softer. Moreover, SBS modified TPR is inferior to SEBS substrate TPE in yellowing resistance and tensile strength.
