Thermoplastic rubber TPR can be used to produce toy car tires. Two kinds of materials can be used, one is a harder material with a hardness of 60-80 degrees and the other is a softer material with a hardness of 30-40 degrees. The applications of the two materials are as follows: 1:TPR hardness 60~80 degrees thermoplastic rubber TPR, used in the production of solid toy car tires, or this kind of tires are all made of TPR material. Higher material hardness and thicker tire size ensure the strength of the tire, according to different tire sizes, the tire is about 5~8mm, or thicker. 2: thermoplastic rubber TPR with a TPR hardness of 30-40 degrees is applied to the tire skin of toy vehicle tires. the tire skeleton (hub) adopts hard plastic PP, and the tire skin of the outer layer for direct contact with the ground adopts thermoplastic rubber TPR. the thickness is usually 1-3 mm. Processing method, can use separate injection molding, first injection molding tire rubber, using TPR shrinkage, then the rubber sleeve on the hub. Also, TPE and TPR are injected into rubber sheet by means of (secondary) injection molding and injection bonding, and the combination with PP hub components is completed at the same time (thermoplastic rubber TPE,TPR and PP/C have excellent welding performance, and the two can perform excellent bonding at the high temperature required for injection molding!
