We suggest that injection molding manufacturers reduce the temperature in the blanking port area and adopt press-type auxiliary feeding, such as pressing down with a stick, which is directly effective. It is also possible to install a forced feeder with high rotating speed and low feeding mode. The heating section of the blanking area is closed.
The injection temperature of 0 degree TPE material depends on SEBS molecular weight of TPE material. TPE modified by high molecular weight SEBS has high injection processing temperature, while TPE modified by low molecular weight SEBS has lower injection temperature. If the product structure and mold design require high fluidity of materials, the injection molding processing temperature needs to be increased.
